Frequently Asked Questions about the IELTS Test
Where should I send my identification documents?
You have the option to upload a scan of your identity document when you register online, or you can email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
after you have completed the online registration.
Can I pay over the phone?
We do not accept payment or registration over the phone, but you can
with credit card, or in person at our head office with cash, credit, or debit card.
Is it possible to move my test to a later date?
Yes, provided we receive the request more than 14 days before the test date, and provded the request is made in writing (e.g. by email). Please note, transfers are subject to administrative fees as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
What time should I arrive at the test centre?
You must arrive at the test centre location between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m.
What should I bring with me?
You must bring your ID document (passport or Permanent Resident card, whichever you used during the registration process).
How long will the online preview be available?
The system will display results for up to 40 days after the test date
