My test has been cancelled as a result of COVID-19; can I re-schedule?

Are Computer-Delivered tests still being conducted?
Yes, Computer-Delivered IELTS tests are currently being held at a reduced capacity and with multiple dates and times available. In fact, we are currently administering Computer-Delivered IELTS tests numerous times per week with sessions in the mornings and afternoons. Please check out the availability

Are Paper-Based tests still being conducted?
Following the Provincial Health Regulations, we are now conducting the Paper-Based IELTS at a reduced capacity. Please check out the availability

What safety measures are in place for once you start conducting tests?
For the safety of the Test Takers and staff, we have created the most optimal and safe test day environment, including the following measures:
- Increased sanitation of all workstations and high contact areas
- Installation of plexiglass barriers
- COVID-19 signage and physical distancing measures
- Readily available hand sanitizers and handwashing areas
- Increased spacing between test takers
Should I wear a mask during my IELTS test?
Effective 18th June 2020, it is now mandatory for all Test Takers to bring their own mask and wear it for the duration of the test. Candidates who do not bring their own mask will be refused entry and no refund will be issued.
Please Note: The mask should cover your mouth and nose. You may be requested to briefly remove the mask during ID checks and after any toilet break to confirm identity.
What about my Test Report Form (TRF)?
All the Test Report Forms from tests that were taken in March have been sent by regular post. If you have not received it, please
contact us.
Can I bring my personal sanitizer to the test?
Test takers are allowed to bring their own bottle of hand sanitizer into the test room. The sanitizer bottle must be transparent and should not have a label.
