Additional Test Report Form (TRF) Request

When to Request an Additional Test Report Form (TRF)

Candidates can request copies of their TRF to be sent to recognizing organizations at any time within the two-year validity period. This is not restricted to organizations identified on the Application Form.

Your results will be sent to the Recognizing Organizations you added just after registering for the IELTS. If you did not add any Recognizing Organizations, or you would like to send copies of your IELTS results to other institutions, please download and complete the Additional TRF form. When completing the Additional TRF Form, please make sure that you sign next to the signature section by hand in blue/black ink.

An administrative fee of $30 along with the necessary postal charges should be paid either by an e-transfer to ielts@bitts.ca.

The IELTS Test Report Form is valid for two (2) years from your test date. If you have not taken the test within the past two (2) years, your TRF has expired. Please look at the available test dates and book your IELTS test again.

Up to 5 additional TRFs would be issued free of cost if requested at time of registration or anytime before the results are released.  All requests for additional TRFs made after the result release are subject to applicable administrative and courier charges.

Access & Processing Times

If an additional TRF request is received before the test result is released, additional TRFs will be also sent on the 13th calendar day following the test day. If not, it will take 5–10 business days to process additional TRF requests.

Couriers Are Recommended

We highly recommend sending the TRFs by courier to ensure you have a tracking number and can therefore confirm that the university or institution receives the TRF. Coast English Testing is not responsible for delays or failure by 3rd party carriers to deliver the TRF. 

Additional Notes

  • Postage of $45 CAD would be applicable for express post requests.
  • Once we receive the completed form(s) and payment in full, please allow 3 business days for processing.
  • Test Report Forms are valid for 2 years after the test date.  After this date, additional TRFs will not be sent.
  • Additional TRF fees and courier fees are non-refundable.
