I had a satisfactory experience at the IELTS Testing Centre in Surrey. I felt it was very organized, clean and the staff were very professional. Also, the chairs used in the testing centre were very comfortable and it sure helped my body endure a few hours of exam. I have taken English Exam (not IELTS) in different institutions and it was not a comparable experience, to be honest. That is to say that from the arrival to the test centre, to registering and taking the exam, it was not good.
