Generally, the IELTS testing site was clean. In fact, I even saw your receptionist disinfecting the washroom key and he was encouraging test takers to sanitize their hands before they register. My experience with Coast English was highly satisfactory. Amid Covid-19, every individual at the premises took adequate measures to minimize the interactions amongst people and maintained health and safety precautions. In terms of the testing procedures, it was well organized and supervised.
